In a first meeting the current situation and objectives are discussed. We take our time and make many clarifying questions in order to create an offer that is exactly tailored to your needs.
Based on this information, we develop an offer which contains project scope, schedule and an initial concept. After procurement a kick-off meeting with a detailed briefing by the client takes place. In this case, the project charter is finalized.
Once the common target is fixed, the design phase including analysis, research, teamwork and workshop is getting started. Important intermediate results are defined as milestones in the project process and then presented to the project group. After completion of the strategy conception we start with the implementation of the project.
Our fees are charged according to the 50/50 rule: 50 % time fee and 50 % after completion of defined milestones during the project.
